Kim School District Re-88 evaluates the instructional staff utilizing the State Model Evaluation System using RANDA. The Board of Education evaluates the administration. Currently, the superintendent's duties include all of the functions of the principal. Therefore the Principal is evaluated by the board as superintendent. The evaluation tool used by the BOE for superintendent evaluation is included below in the files.

Local School Board policies dictate how the district evaluates administration and instructional staff. The list of policies includes, but is not limited to  CBD, CBI, CBI-R, GCOA, and GCOC.
